Here's the problem;

I have a custom field for user called "Ctype",
Every user who is created will have a CTYPE assigned.
I want to be able to "Search" events by that CTYPE.

Right now all I have is the same field in the Event form, but I dont want to have the users selecting the CTYPE everytime they post an event.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

So you're saying you want a field from the user database to be automatically entered into an event record (the way the user names and user ID already is)? This so that it can be search for?

It is possible but would likely require a custom function to accomplish it. If you can't figure out how to do it on your own and it is that critical to your application, my services are available for hire.
