Sorry if this is a dumb question I have looked through all the posts and I can not find any regarding seperating events. Is there a way to have a space or a line or both between events in all views?

Sure but you'd likely have to modify the default.html template file in a number of places, at least once for the 'Grid View' and probably once for the 'List View'.

For the Grid View, look for where the • is printed out and added the necessary HTML code where appropriate.
