I am a web putz bit I need to install CalendarScript on a total windows box, server is W2K, PERL 5.8 is installed.

1) What script mods do I need to make for calendar.pl?
2) What is the corrct path syntax for Windows?
3) Do I need an actual folder named cgi-bin or can I redirect  to another location?
4) What other gotcha's do I need to know about?
