Just wondering if anyone can help.  I am trying to include this footer--  <!--#include file="footer1.html"-->

The calendar just ignores this.  Is there something wrong with the syntax or could there be another problem?

I'm on a Mac OSX trying both Firefox and Safari browsers.

Any advice much appreciated!

Need details. Please be as specific as possible.

** I am trying to include this footer-- <!--#include file="footer1.html"--> **

Where *exactly* are you putting that tag? Manually editing the template and adding it there or entering it into the footer text field in the Administration section??

** The calendar just ignores this. **

What do you mean by ignores it? The tag is still present in the page's source code or just that it didn't include the file but the tag is gone??

I am putting "footer1.html" into the admin page (template preferences).  It does, in fact, appear in the source code.  But doesn't appear on the calendar when viewed. (?)

Include tags will not work there. The only place they will  work (and only as long as you enter the correct path information) is if you manually edit the temple and add the include tag there.

The only information you can enter for the footer in the template preferences page is plain text or HTML.
