Thanks again - I'm confident I can affect this change regarding inserting page breaks in the description. Everything else is fine. One remaining question - no doubt a silly one to you techie guys - How do I access the code so I can make the "seventh line" modification? Make the directions simple guys.. I'm actually a CE but as they say , if you can remember the 60's, you weren't there.

I'm afraid I don't know what you're referring to. Can you be more specific?

BTW. If this is a follow up to a previous forum message it should probably be posted as a reply to that message to keep all the threads on the same topic about it together so future readers can follow it.
