Our company purchased this program to be viewed by remote users.  The software is downloaded on a server in CT.

User in CT is able to access the calendar, make changes, adds, deletions, view other calendars.

User in Louisiana, Oregon, Nevada can view calendar, but gets page cannot be displayed when trying to view different calendar, add or change.

I have quite a few other employees that I would like to be able to view and submit changes, but I am getting Page cannot be displayed as the Administrator.  I am in Nevada and the Administrator for this product.  I have Windows XP, Internet Explorer.  Obviously the program is installed properly since the user in CT where the program is housed is able to make changes.  All remote users are having problems.

I have deleted cookies and temp internet files.  Not sure where else to look.

Is it installed on an intranet system? If so, you should check with the system administrator to make sure you have access to it from the outside.

Does everyone use exactly the same URI's to access the program? Compare the working URL with those that don't, maybe there's a difference (besides the obvious added parameters).

It can't see it being anything to do with the program IMO, it has to be something with the environment it is running on.
