I am getting the worst error message known to man.... The above coupled with the generic 500 error message.

I have verified the requirements needed to run this and all supported.
I have installed as per the requirements (permissions)

1.
Operating system Linux
Service Status Click to View
Kernel version 2.4.21-27.ELsmp
Machine Type i686
Apache version 1.3.34 (Unix)
PERL version 5.8.0
Path to PERL /usr/bin/perl

2. IE
3. See above
4. Yes
5. No need
6. They are retarded
7. Same error message
8. Yes....still the stupid error message

From their last reply it sure looks like they failed to upload the files in ascii mode like they should have.
