Hello

I have just started as a volunteer the web master at ieee-denver.org.  We are unable to edit or add an event. The login page pops up when I try to edit or add an event even if I am logged in as the Administrator. This problem start this week, it has been working for years. I have examined the permissions of all the cgi scripts and all have execute permissions. The only thing we are doing different this week from last week is that we are now using FrontPage extensions. I have look over the dates on each Files and it does not appear that FrontPage has written over the calendar files.

I am not familiar with this application. What can I do to fix this problem?

Thank you
Aaron

** The login page pops up when I try to edit or add an event even if I am logged in as the Administrator. **

That usually only occurs if the calendar thinks you are NOT logged in. Make sure your browser security settings and any cookie blocking software which you might have installed is set up to allow the CalendarScript to set cookies.

BTW. If the script wasn't working, you wouldn't even get the log-in screen.

DanO

Thank you for your response.  We exceeded our quota, once I clean up the site I was able to add and edit the events.

Thank you
Aaron

It must not have been able to open the files that record the login information.

Glad to hear you found the problem.
