I'm Looking to build a Public calendar that the Event links could not be opened by the public. Seperate from the default calendar. My client uses it for  Scheduling appointments. On the event links are vary personel info and does not want the public to see that information.

Second on the event page all links like emails and web address go to the pacific email or web link.

Is this possable?

** I'm Looking to build a Public calendar that the Event links could not be opened by the public. **

But their titles still be seen??

If so, that would require customization. If they are not even to be displayed except to authorized users, just don't give the "anonymous" user account permission the "View" events. Anyone not logged in is "anonymous" by default.

** all links like emails and web address go to the pacific email or web link. **

I don't know what you mean by that.

Than you'll need to add a conditional in the default.html template file to remove the links when a non-authorized person is viewing the page.

You may be able to get an idea (not the exact necessary code) of what needs to be done in the previous forum message "Conditional Links from event title" or others that might be able to be found by searching the forums.

** [which] file I need to change? **

That's because it depends on what templates you've chose to use with the calendar. I do not know that. IF you're still using the 'default' templates, then

...calendarscript/templates/calendars/default/default.html

would likely be its location.

** If you could be more specific about the changes to be made? **

I could but then I'd have to do the job myself first and I charge for my work (besides the time I volunteer here). If you would like to hire my services, you can contact me via email. Or maybe someone else has already made such modifications for them self and is willing to tell you the exact changes you need to make?

I have not received anything from you unless it was automatically filtered as trash which I dumped just today. If you send an email please put "CalendarScript" in the message title.
