I am working on a public Events calendar and would like to have 2-3 other calendars available for staff memebers to access for scheduling. I have purchased the Redirect Plug-In, but I am having difficulty after the login process. I am wondering if anyone has had this problem, or if I can even do the following.
I would like staff members to be able to login using the public calendar, and have them redirected to the staff calendar that they have permission for, and then be able to add an event to that specific staff calendar.
The problem is:
When I start from the initial public calendar (on our website) the staff member is able to login and be redirected to view the staff calendar. But when trying to add an Event, the staff member gets a permission denied error because it indicates that they are trying to add an Event to the publc calendar which they have no permissions for. In addition they cannot change the calendar view either.
But if I log out, and re-login as the staff member, I can view the staff calendar, and I can also add an event to the staff calendar.
I have been trying to get this to work for a while, and our support is limited. I would appreciate any insight if possible.
