I am evaluating your calendar script control and would like to use it in my current project. However I have some questions regarding licensing and distribution.

Am I correct to interperate the license restriction, such that, if my customer installs the web portal I am developing and then seperately purchases license(s) for the calendar script. Is this compliant to the license distribution restriction?
I would technically be distributing the calendar script, but it is only a small component of a much larger web app & my customer would have their own licenses.

Thanks

** I would technically be distributing the calendar script **

You'd have to ensure you are always supplying the most current and up to date version available.

** if my customer ... separately purchases license(s) for the calendar script. Is this compliant to the license distribution restriction? **

I would think so but you might want to try contacting the CalendarScript author by email about such a question.
