Can the script be used on replicated sites?  I would like to post events to a calendar on all my affiliates replicated wevsite that they can then add their own appointment/events to.

I don't know what you mean by "replicated sites". Although not CalendarScript's author, if these are different domains (or even sub-domains), I think the licence terms are quite clear: "A license may be used on and accessed from only ONE domain.".

But if you have any doubts, I suggest you contact Matt (CalendarScript's author) via email and ask.
