When I do a search I expect the results to be in date sequence, but that is not what I am seeing, any idea why? Here are my results:

First Occurrence   Title   Description
July 21, 2006   Meeting - Prowl the Sproul III   Western Clinton Sportsmen's March 30, 2007   Meeting - Spring   Yesterday's, Renovo, PA
October 6, 2006   Meeting - Fall   Camp Swatara, Bethel, PA

It seems like a shortcoming but that's the way it is. You can read about a simple way to change the display order it in the previous forum message: Event sort in Search View.

Thanks, did a search but thought it would be in this forum, not the install.

** thought it would be in this forum **

There several messages in the forums here dealing with the topic. Here is one:

LINK > search results order

There are also fancier sorts possible if you don't mind modifying the actual calendar.pl file (see the following link). That isn't really recommend though as it will make future upgrades much more difficult.

LINK > Sorting of events

JFYI

No, the first one worked just fine. I don't need any fancy options, it's just tough looking for meeting dates when the calendar is out of sequence.
