Hi,

We're currently working on a few things:

1.  A new calendar in REXX format, that will allow us more flexibility, and a more 'google like' calendar.
2.  A new website design (see it here: hxxp: dev. calendarscript. com)
3.  A new template/layout for the existing version
4.  Updates to version 3. , too numerous to list at this time. .

What do you think? Your feedback is welcome. . .  Grin

I set my calander as user can submit events, but that part of calander script is worst.   .   .

Please work on submission part and make it more convinient for user and webmaster please please.   .   .

Also HTML in events that would be not be so hard.  .  .   You have to work on design man.  .  .

Thanks

** Please work on [event] submission part and make it more convenient **

If you would like something changed, I suggest you be specific  about what you're looking for. What is it *exactly* about adding events that you find inconvenient ??

**  HTML in events that would be not be so hard. **

No, that is why HTML can already be used when adding events... if you have the appropriate options selected in the administration section. It can however, leave you open to users adding all sorts of unwanted links and images to posted events.

If you look at this forum, when you write a message and you skip a line (like this)

you don't have to know HTML to have your message properly formatted and the webmaster doesn't have to add HTML.

Yes, the possibility for manual line breaks have been requested for a while. Maybe even an integrated WYSIWYG interface but again, that makes the possibility of unwanted graphics and spam links added to events more of a problem?

"that makes the possibility of unwanted graphics and spam links added to events more of a problem?"

How would it be a problem if only a few people can add events?

It wouldn't in that case but many users allow anyone to. My statement was just a precaution.

The 2-4 weeks is up.

Any new estimate?

Any list of improvements?
