Can anyone tell me if I can have the calendar on server A, but use a server side include to display events on an .html page on server B?

You could NOT do that using SSI alone. SSI can only call local files.

As easy way would be to use an HTML iframe tag but it should also be possible using PHP or Perl.

BTW

On most servers SSI calls will only work in a .shtml file, not just .html
