Hi, I have a site at cccia.org that uses the ssi-max-events on the home page. It was working great all month, but sudddenly is not showing any events. Is this because there are no events left in November?  (There are events on the cal for December?)  If so, is there something I need to modify in the template for events to show beyond the current month?

Thanks,
Kim

After much reading I see that the duration must be changed.  I have changed the duration in the ssi.txt to 90d, but it still does not work.  Any help would be appreciated.

** Any help would be appreciated **

If you post the *exact* file name of the template you're using, I'll see if I can figure out what's going on.

** I have changed the duration in the ssi.txt to 90d **

That may have no effect depending on how you're calling the template on the front page. Please post the *exact* SSI tag you're using to call the calendar on that page.

Thank you:

I used the ssi_max_event.html, but renamed it ssi.html.

I have tried using both

<!--#include virtual="/cgi-bin/calendar.pl?duration=90d&template=ssi.html" --> (presently)

and

<!--#include virtual="/cgi-bin/calendar.pl?template=ssi.html" -->

I also have tried changing the ssi.html file to:

<%&getEvents( {'duration'=>'90d'} );

and changed the ssi.txt to:

template=ssi.html
duration=90d
template=events.html
duration=90d

If you need the url, it is www.cccia.org

** <!--#include virtual="/cgi-bin/calendar.pl?duration=90d&template=ssi.html" --> **

That should make the template viewable at:
http://www.cccia.org/cgi-bin/calendar.pl?duration=90d&template=ssi.html

All I get when calling that directly is:

<style TYPE="text/css">
<!--
dd { margin-left: 2px; padding-left: 2px; }
dt { padding-top: 5px; }
.font  {font-family: Arial; font-size: 10px; color: #000; border-bottom: 1px dashed #003e69; padding-bottom: 2px;}
.font2 {font-family: Arial; font-size: 10px; color: #4a8930; padding-left: 2px;}
-->
</style>

<DL>  </DL>
<img src="spacer.gif">

That doesn't look like complete page code to me but without knowing what its suppose to produce, I don't know if that would be expected or not.

I'm afraid I have no idea why it isn't retrieving events for more than just the current month. If you've modified the template in any way, I suggest you try an original un-modified version to see if it acts any differently.

I actually put a fake date in for the last day of November just to see if I had screwed anything up, and the event pulled up fine.  BUT, I did modify the original template, mostly style & took out some of the empty white space.  Seems that if I had deleted something important though that it would not work for November dates either.

In anycase, I'll try it with the original template as you suggested and see what happens.

Thanks for taking the time to look.
