Curious if there's a way to target the calendar on the page so that navigating inside the calendar is easier when you have a bunch of other stuff on the page.  What I mean: I have the calendar on a page that has a fairly large logo and some other non-calendar navigation stuff at the top of the page.  I'm wondering if there's a way I can change the calendar code so that when it reloads the page (like when you jump from month-to-month or change views), it also moves down to a target on the page (such as a href = calendar.html#calendar )

I'm not sure if that's a difficult question or an easy one!  I have a very good knowledge of HTML and CSS, but no programming (alas).

Thanks, Phyllis

THIS IS A FANTASTIC PROGRAM!

Alternatively, I suppose I can make a copy of the template, rip out my header and footer and link to it with a "Show Calendar Only" link.  Perhaps I'll try that instead.  Not sure which most people would find more "user-friendly."

Later: Well that doesn't work.  Guess it has to be a separate (new) calendar.  But then I think the "Change Calendars" link might confuse people when they found it.  Hm.

Suggestions welcome!

I'm sure you probably could but would involve editing all (or a lot of) the links in the default.html template file and also adding an <a name... anchor somewhere in the code.

** Suggestions welcome! **

1. Take the rest of the navigation and images out of the calendar display and just have one link "Return to site" or something like that?

2. Display the calendar in a frame (not that I'd be happy with the solution).

Oh yeah frames... I hate 'em.  I don't even know why -- just can't stand 'em.  I might actually play around with changing all the links if I can figure out how they're written (and when I get some spare time!)

Phyllis,
Look at the page I have up at http://littletonmusic.org  and see if this is what you're after. I think we're working off the same idea of having the calendar data reload on an existing page like a home page.
