My calendar is used internationally.  When someone enters a time, the time zone (EST, BET, CET) is not designated.  Is there an add-in or a revision planned so that the person creating the event can add in the time zone?

There is no add-on I've heard about which will add timezone data. You can customize the event record to add a timezone field but it will have no effect on the records themselves, it would be just for display purposes.
