How do I correct this error?

this is from debug

The following is a list of the files which caused problems during import: File Error
DBFileUtil.inc DBFileUtil.inc did not return a true value at (eval 11) line 1.  
Once this problem is fixed, please re-run this debugger to check for any further errors!

Sorry but I have no idea what would cause that error message. Maybe one (or more) files got corrupted in the upload process? How did you upload them?
