I emailed you recently to find about using our using the program with the non-profits we support.  We are a non-profit ISP.  We are going to start marketing the calendar and I would like to make sure we represent the costs accurately to our users.  Am I correct in assuming the license is a one time vs. annual fee? Have you determined whether free upgrades will be a permanent policy?  If not, any idea as to how you might price an upgrade?

Thanks!

There is no annual cost. A license is a one-time purchase and it does not expire.

All upgrades within the same major version (version 3.x, for example) are free. Upgrades to future major versions are not guaranteed to be free. I expect to continue improving and refining version 3 for quite a while, so I wouldn't expect version 4 any time in the near future.
