Is there an upgrade pricing schedule for Calendar 3.0?  I am a registered Non-Profit user of Calendar.  Been using it for over a year.

To show appreciated for those who donated to my efforts previously (since payment was not even required) you will receive an upgrade free of charge.

Please send me details of who the "official license" of 3.0 belongs to so I can put it in my records. Also, please send me details of who sent the donation earlier so I can verify that I have that recorded.
