I cannot get the upgrade to work.  I have backed up my entire directory, uploaded to overwrite current files and all I get is "500 internal..."  Once, I put my back up files back onto the server everythings is works fine.  Somehow,I am missing something in the replacement process.  I have followed the instructions listed with the upgrade zip file to the best of my ability and don't understand why the hiccup.  

I have been running on 3.0 for almost 2 years now and am very happy.  I would love to grab some of the enhancements of 3.2.  

Any help would be appreciated

I run a Win98SE, IE 6.0, I made sure of ASCII, CHMOD, etc..
