Are there other churches or organizations who use calendarscript solely as their meeting room manager?
We currently use Microsoft Outlook, and then copy-n-paste events into calendarscript. (See http://www.austinuu.org). Since this process is so labor-intensive, we only display about 10 events a week, rather than the 5 to 10 a day that we host.
Our office staff has asked if we can migrate to calendarscript completely, and I'd like to look at how others have set it up.
