I'm having difficulty figuring out where things like <% LAST MONTH LINK%> are defined. Can somebody point out which part of the file creates the link?

In the calendar.pl file:

&ASPCustomTag('\s*LAST\s*MONTH\s*LINK\s*...

Many of them however are described in the Documentation in the Customization: Defined Variables section.
