Does any one know, how can I customize Calendar, so
it will display "Whole year view" not "Year by month" in other words it will display 12 month in small boxes?Huh??

If you mean 12 months in a Calendar Grid format, you could use the "FullYear" template available at the Unofficial CalendarScript - Mods and Plugins site.
