Just enter an address at the Yahoo map site and get to the map. Now zoom in or out. Copy the URL that's seen in the browser address bar and dissect it to see where the values need to be inserted to change it.

It appears that Yahoo has made a change to their URL format. Any idea how to get this feature working once again?

You'll have to look at the HTML code for the form fields on the Yahoo page and modify your calendar code links to try to replicate it.
