I would like to display all events for the year on one page in a list.

(i.e)
Friday, November 7
• 7:00 pm : Birthday Party

Thursday, December 25
• 7:00 pm : Christmas Party

There won't be events for everyday..only about 2 for the month (the most,  events for the year.)
Is this possible?

I would think so. The standard SSI template should be able to do that if the duration was set to 365d. I also believe TubaDave's 'FullYear' template available at the Unofficial CalendarScript - Mods and Plugins site should do it as well.
